How Can I Get a Computer Virus Removed?
I read virus removal tips, but don't think they'll work for this situation. All involve installing Software, which seems to be a problem. This is my aunt's laptop, and she live in the country several hundred miles away. I visited recently and she asked me to fix her PC. I was able to install Microsoft updates, but everything else I tried to install led to the Blue Screen of Death (BSD). She is getting a lot of Pop Ups, and has Spybot on already. I could update all Spybot categories except
